Today, I can’t walk very well.  My left calf muscle is very sore.  My right Achilles tendon is sore.  My back and hips stiffen up if I sit too long.  Yesterday was one of the happiest days I can remember, and today, I am still feeling that happiness.  What’s wrong with me? Continue reading »
